Heather Bowness works as a freelance performer and recording violinist in Victoria BC.
As a classically trained violinist, Heather plays a wide variety of music including classical, fiddle, folk music and more. She has recently recorded with artists such as rapper and hip hop artist AP Dhillon, indie rock singer Art D’Ecco, folk band West My Friend and more.
As a classical performer she has played with numerous organizations in Victoria BC, including the Canadian College of Performing Arts, Victoria Operatic Society, Victoria Philharmonic Choir, Bach on the Rocks and Brentwood College.
She also available for hire for weddings for both the ceremony and reception as either a solo violinist or as a violin and cello duet. She loves helping people make their day special by bringing live music to their wedding.
